Do we ever learn from our mistakes, especially when it comes to affairs of the heart? How many of us have gambled and lost, had an affair and got caught? Cause, effect and consequence! Here's a song of a guy who did just that, had an affair, got caught and the consequence was that he lost everything...c'est la vie? It most certainly is when one gets caught! Backing vocals by Annie Humphrey.

A young girl ventures out of state to discover and grow in the big wide world. Needless to say, it didn't take long before she found herself in a relationship which eventually went sour. He broke her heart and she found herself wanting to go back to where she felt safe, to Hometown Kentucky - however, she was going back a bigger person, in the knowledge of feeling optimistic that this was the right move and she was 'gonna get lucky in Hometown Kentucky'.
